Hi Dakka,
So, I send an email to FW about a rule question in ferbruary. It seems quite usual, as I saw several email answers by them or GW. I send them a new email seven days ago, because they didn't respond.
I'm a bit worried because they says themselfs "a few days".
So, have I just to wait, as they are very busy, or does FW should have already answered me ?
Thanks !

Rules questions don't always get answered, especially if it's something that should be obvious or easily located.

like Kanluwen said: It probably depends on the rule in question and if the answer is possibly obvious. What was the question?

I'll never be able to repay CA for making GW realize that The Old World was a cash cow, left to die in a field.

It is this rule question: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/679245.page .

Hmm, that's an odd one, though you may want to email again if you REALLY need an answer, if not, play it like any other attack without the ignores cover special rule (although it would be fun to rush one up, and detonate behind the aegis line, since they would indeed no longer have cover)

also, doesn't that 25% rule only apply to tanks?

AHHA!

Part of this is an English/French issue. He uses the term "Artillery 1" when describing the Cyclops' attack profile.

There is no "Artillery" weapon type; it's used to describe a UNIT type.

The Cyclops is Ordnance but not Barrage, so unless they've added an FAQ for Ordnance allowing it to Ignores Cover, then it's just a normal weapon when it comes to Cover Saves.

They are also not going to tacitly acknowledge the legitimacy of a third party FAQ provider -Frontline and Adepticon in the case of the OP's original YMDC query.
