Not the most intuitive program I've ever used, how the hell do I put stuff onto it?

All I want to do is make a 7th Edition Codex Space Marines army list and I have to run around for hours trying to find a tutorial that doesn't involve downloading other programs.

Right, what do I open all this crap with? There are four windows and the help page does not specify what window to use with what file?

I have looked on every simgle one of those links. They do not tell me what I need to know and some even have conflicting information.

I'm sorry but I haven't a bloody clue what half of what they're on about means.

Obviously my only downfall is a repository, but my issue is, GitHub doesn't say what bit to copy for a repository and Battlescribe keeps telling me I cant load the .catz file for 7th Space Marines.

I need the url, but which url? What bit to copy?

So it likes the github url i just put in...
