Can someone tell me which codex/supplement I need for using Kharn The Betrayer please.
Also .... is he still playable in 7e

Kharn is available in the vanilla CSM codex and he is still playable in 7e. If I'm honest he's one of the best characters in the codex, but I'm not going into another rant about how gak the codex is

There aren't Landraiders in the CSM book but don't they have access to one via imperial armor?
He's actually a really good character capable of killing anything. Pop in a crusader variant with a bunch of barebone berserkers. Could be fun.

CSM have a Land raider. It happens to be the worst there is, but they do have one. They have some more variants via IA13, but for assaults, only the spartan is useful.

I'd say LR aren't particularly good to start with, but you at least get something ASSAULTY out of it. As for Kharn, he isn't great in the defensive aspect, with only PA and AODG. Any HQ that survives Kharn's onslaught will end up killing him.
