Subject: Music for the different factions of Warhammer 40K
Hey there everybody! I'm new here, and I have to ask you guys what sort of songs you think fit the different factions of Warhammer 40K. All sorts of songs are welcome; each of us has our own take on what goes with who.
For me, I haven't thought of many myself. Even so, I have to say that every time I think of the Orks, I cannot stop playing Iron Maiden's The Trooper in my mind. It... it just works with these gung-ho, crazy Greenskins! I honestly view Stormboyz going into battle with this song running.
Other songs that I think go with the Orks are Dogs of War and Baptism by Fire, both by AC/DC. Dogs of War is about mercenaries, and it really fits the Freebootaz in particular, who tend to be guns for hire. Baptism By Fire, meanwhile, seems like the sort of song a group of Boyz would listen to as they charged headlong into battle. Granted, they wouldn't understand the lyrics, but if they did, I think they'd love it.
So how about you guys? What sort of music goes with the factions of 40K? Again, all genres are welcome.
Peace out, and rokk out!
May not have the tabletop game, but I love to read, write, and play the video games!

For this next one, I imagine the first 1:50 is an Imperial Navy fleet cruising on patrol, everything in order and the captain taking satisfaction in the calm and strict discipline. From 1:50 on, a Chaos fleet arrives out of warpspace and attacks.
Here's to me in my sober mood,
When I ramble, sit, and think.
Here's to me in my drunken mood,
When I gamble, sin, and drink.
And when my days are over,
And from this world I pass,
I hope they bury me upside down,
So the world can kiss my ass!

Space Marines vs Orks is always going to be Breaking Benjamin's "Blow Me Away" after seeing it played over scenes from 300 as a music video.

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.
