Is your tourney using the ITC FAQ on Co-ordinated FirePower with the Buffmander toys?
Is yes, I don't think you're utilitzing the Buffmander best. If you're not sure, be certain to call up the TO and found out how he's gonna MakeThatCall.
If the tourney's TO is going to allow the stronger interpretation of allowing CFPower to work with the Buff toys, then great the IonTide and Rending BurstTides will happily benefit.
Otherwise:
For the MarkerDs to join? Markers can't be saved against, so no need for the MSS, and with his BS5, they won't need the other toy.
The b-sides? They are already twin linked and HYMP are only AP4, so the MultiSS isn't all that helpful there.
He's best employed buffing AP2 Crisis Teams, loaded with dual PRs.

CADs don't get coordinated firepower so that dose not matter I do think he needs more markers though as for SS D you need like 8 min

Do you think dropping the Fire Warriors down to 5 in each squad to add more markers would be more beneficial?

So I am running a similar list while I practice for NOVA.
Say you want to launch a full D missile payload at a WK turn 1. You need 8 markerlights. 4 for missiles to D, 2 for ignore cover, and 2 for BS5.
I would run a drone commander, with C&C (after trying it this weekend and it was amazing), and iridium (to tank for the drones), run 8 marker drones with him. More than likely you will get all 8 hits (because twin linked bs5)
Your list is very static. Not sure what game types you are playing. Your riptide wing is going to do work. Might I suggest dropping the broadsides for some crisis suits so that you can grab objectives and be more mobile.

it doesn't buff the riptides?
no it doesn't, becuase CAD's don't get coordinated firepower to be treated as if 1 unit, and IC's cannot join MCS, and the riptide wing is 3 MCs
