Subject: The ton of random daemon rolls, what would you prefer I do?

I'm going to a tournament (my first) with my Tzeentch daemons (no I don't have another army).
I've given it some thought and practice and I can get through all the rolls fairly quickly, but I'm not sure how best to keep my opponent in the loop.
I was thinking I could maybe roll while I go through the list (with my models out to point at)?
What would you, the people that play against daemons at tournaments, advise?
I have 3 FMC's with 4 greater rewards between them and 5 level 3 psykers and 2 squads of horrors to roll for BTW. With psykers dying and/or being summoned in during the game.
Oh and a warlord trait!

Tourney players have a spread sheet that is laminated with their pyskers listed. Bring your dry or wet erase (vis-a-vis brand) markers. You roll 'em up at game's beginning and then use the spread sheet throughout.
For each model, name them. Make them easy names, not, "Blakgarn Margalacol" or KillBar the BeHeader."
When I ran the eldar Seer counsel, I used names from Futurama; Fry, Bender, Lela. Simpsons, Mr, Burns, Flanders. Etc. Knowing these names from cultural stuff makes it easy to assign them to 40k models.
Phineas and Ferb have enough characters. South Park? X-men?
Might even help to write the name on the base of the models. Maybe initials?
Use the small Post-Its to mark each power that is cast and ongoing for a turn. Double side them so the sticky part is not an issue.

When I was planning deamons but quit them. I made a laminated sheet with
1: The picture of the model
2: The upgrades I bought for him and what they do
3: all the charts and what they do(I would circle this)
4: Card slots on the back where I slip in the psychic cards
If your creative, it can be easy.

If you don't have easy access to a laminating machine, you can either get one laminated at most big box office supply stores, or basically any office supply store will have self-sealing laminating pouches that should work.

I usually print out a excel sheet for each game. I name my characters paint color/characteristic of the model. So Purple Daemon Prince, Blue Daemon Prince. And so on. I paint my Horror units different colors. So far I have Pink, Blue, Purple, and Green. Or Disc Herald with book, Disc Herald with staff.
I'll make sure there are extra spots for summoned units.
I have a columns for Powers, Rewards, and Warlord Traits.
I also made a rolling table. It has all the Psychic disciplines and what powers are 1-6 and primaris. I made a table for each rewards level. Then I made a Warlords tables. I just made a spread sheet, and I try and keep everything in page protectors and inside a binder with a quick rules printout. It's my go to for tournaments. I go through my list, point out to my opponent who/what table I'm rolling on and write down the results.
It keeps me from flipping back and forth pages/switching books for pregame stuff.

I think these are all great ideas. What do I do if someone doesnt do all these or only part of these?

In a casual setting? Kick back and continue eating pretzels. If they are your friend, buy them a white board or yell at them to buy a white board (depending on how close you are)
In a tournament setting? I would try to help facilitate the best I could. Write down the names of the powers as they roll or something to try and save time.

All my daemon psykers got a paperclip on the base and I use small cards (thicker printed paper) with psychic powers and when I roll for powers I add them directly to the model. Then I use poker chip markers for psychic powers that are active.
so for example:
I got cards with single powers: "Invisibility"
I got cards with all specific powers and I mark the ones I got:
Telepathy
0:...
1:..... X
2....
3... X
etc..
And then I got active psychic power poker chips: "cursed earth"

Thats pretty cool. you could also do a MTG card generator and have it listed on something like that too. and just keep it on them.
Otherwise if TO is allowing i figure rolling EVERYTHING pre Tournament on paper per round witnessed and signed by the TO might work IF it was that much of an annoyance or you had that many rolls

Played against a GK player with a ton of powers. He wrote power names on poker chips and dropped the stack of powers by each dude. Fast, easy and really appreciated.
