Hi there.

I was just wandering if you can take a Fire Raptor in a KDK army list. I know that KDK is not listed in the IA book, but don't know if the KDK codex was released before or after the IA13.

It would be a nice flyer in an army which lacks anti-air units...

No rules allow that currently

KDK was released after ia:13. If you ask fw or use the Blood Oath book you can take the khornate units from ia:13, but sadly not a fire raptor.

Response from FW when someone send an email about this matter a few months ago.

2. The only official sources of information are the current rulebooks and the Games Workshop FAQs. Emails from Games Workshop are easily spoofed and are notorious for being inconsistent and so should not be relied on.

I din't really post it as an absolute truth, also this answer has been made by FW guys a great number of times each time the question is asked, but essentially it boils down to " we are making an faq/errata for it", but its been nearly a year now...

Either it will be one heck of a FaQ or else...

I emailed them asking how long until the FAQ, they told me it was ready but just needed to be formatted. Their layout team had other, more pressing projects to focus on first, though.
