I have two list ideas that are very similar in composition. The foundation is Grey Knights: Librarian, PML3, DLD Strike squad, 5 man naked NDK, Teleporter, Psycannon, Incinerator, Sword NDK, but with Psilencer instead of Incinerator Draigo Then I add in Mechanicus: Priest, naked 5 Grav Destroyers Now comes the difference. I finish up with Grav Cents, but it's either White Scars or Ultramarines Ultra: Tiggy 5 Bolter Scouts 3 Grav Cents Drop Pod White Scars: Libby, PML2, Hunter's Eye 5 Bolter Scouts 3 Grav Cents Drop Pod With the White Scars, I can also afford a few upgrades on the GK and Mechanicus. The Strike Squad now has an incinerator, and the Priest has the Autocaduceus and a Conversion Field. The pros for the Ultramarines are: Tiggy can get Invisibility! Or Iron Arm and Life Leech! The Cents will get re-roll hits for a shooting phase, and re-roll 1's for another. One extra WC over the WS list. The pros for the White Scars are: Ignores Cover on one of my grav units! The Servitor unit (with Draigo and at least one Libby) will have IWND! The Strike Squad becomes much more effective against mobs, and all-around more effective IMO! Cents will never get bogged down b/c of Hit and Run! I know that rolling Div can potentially net me Perfect Timing, but having it guaranteed (instead of MAYBE generating and then MAYBE casting) seems like a solid trade-off in exchange for one WC. The THIRD option is always Loth: and he'd take Life Leech, Iron Arm, and Warp Speed and go with the Cents in the Pod to be a backfield nightmare. Thoughts? Critiques?
