I was wondering what you guys thought would be an aesthetically cool choice to add some range to a bloodbound army? Decent rules would be a bonus but they all seem about the same. So chaos dwarf, Skaven or ungors?
This is pretty much it on the chaos side.

Are Skull Cannons off the table for some reason?

No not really. unfortunately i think it's ugly as sin.
I also tend to like infantry.
Im going to have to take another look at it as it works fluff wise.

Nurgle and Khorne hate each other least fluff wise, so plague skaven work.
If you want to stay Khornate, either skull canons or look at Slaves to darkness, a monster with a ranged attack (like a breath attack) or a hell cannon (if you can find one).
Or replace cowardly shooting with run up and MURDER.

Lol darkblack.
Run up and murder is plan a. I like to have plan b to be stand around and shoot people in the back while they're fighting

Soul Grinder has two pretty good ranged attacks, as well as 16 wounds and a bunch of other cool stuff when he's in cc. Cool model, too.

Stormfiends aren't long range, but with the tunnelling ability accomplish the same goal of bringing a snipey/extra dynamic to your army. Could definitely look good in the Khorne colours I think. They look Khorne-ish to me, big, hulking brutes.

The Horned Rat approves of plan B, Khorne does not understand this.

Cockatrice makes a decent shooting monster.
