Based on what models look cool, and I read somewhere that Erkenbrand is a "must have":

Any comments?

I'd strip out the banner in Eowyn's squad for starters, and pour it into more Redshields. Two banners at this points level is excessive, and you need far more cavalry.

Next, I'd downgrade as many of the Rohan Royal Guard on foot and Warriors to Outriders on foot. Having two alone is pointless, and so they're so good for their point value that you want to grab as many as you can for Eowyn's squad. Whatever's left turn into Warriors with throwing weapons. It's primarily a skirmish unit, and needs to kill as much at range as possible. That stings enemies into attacking it that your cavalry can then flank. Alternatively, if the enemy refuses to close, you can do some damage from a range whilst you try and position the cavalry advantageously.
