Not yet a poll, as I want to get an idea of how diverse everyone is here...

What games does everyone actively play here? You can list multiples, but they MUST be games that you have actually played twice or more, preferably in the last few months - not just own (like me). Roleplaying, Board Games, Wargames, whatever. Well, maybe not video games....

My list would be:

D&D, 5E
Warhammer 40K
X-Wing
Star Wars Armada
Zombicide

I'd like to add Bolt Action and Warmachine/Hordes to that list, very soon.

(As I look at that list and consider the dozens of board games, tabletop games and six bookshelves of RPGs [and the minis for them], it makes me a bit sad...)

It never ends well

Frostgrave

In the last few months, I've only played Frostgrave once, though I'm playing it again tonight.

That said, I'd consider myself a player (in that I could muster a force and have enough understanding to schedule a game) of:

Bolt Action
Flames Of War (WW2/WW1)
Malifaux
FrostGrave
Empire Of The Dead
Hail Caesar (28mm Celts / 15mm Greeks)
X-Wing
40K (6th Ed)

And that's not counting the board games.

Frostgrave

Gamma World

I would list WHFB but every time I inquire about a game mindless zombies begin spewing Kings of War propaganda.

Wow, in reality if I only list games I am currently actually playing my list is depressingly short.

40K 7th Edition
Zombicide (mostly Black Plague)

Not sure if it's a combination of work and real life getting in the way but I just don't seem to have the time to play much these days.

It's not that my interest has waned as I am looking at gaming forums and watching gaming videos all the time but just don't seem to find the time or energy to actually play anything.

I would say almost all my actual gaming this year has been Zombicide, just because it doesn't take up a lot of space and is easy to set up and pack away.

I think I have had about 5 40K games this year, which is pretty low by my usual standards.

Nice idea for a topic! If this is restricted to the past few months..

- Blood Bowl
- Infinity
- Flames of War
- X-Wing
- SAGA
- Zombiecide BP (plus other board games)

Obviously where most of my spare time goes! Looking forward to adding L'art de la Guerre, Gates of Antares and hopefully Konflikt '47 to that list.

How far back does the last game played have to be to count?

Warhammer 40k, Star Realms, Epic, Marvel Vs System, zombicide, Cards Against Humanity, Batman Love Letter, KoW, Deadzone, Warhammer 8th Ed and Warmachine are all games I've actively played in the last couple years. Well, okay, Epic is new and Warhammer 40k I just got back into two months ago.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Currently? Warhammer 40K [Tabletop] and Deathwatch [RPG].

Feth, the rules for DW can be complicated, but if you do a bit of house-ruling to fit your gaming group, it is fun. The not so fun part is figuring out what to house-rule and how to do it haha.

My mates and I are also planning to do the following:

-- The World of Warcraft RPG (already have to book).
-- Magic: The Gathering (bought the cards yesterday).
-- D&D (down the road).
-- Warhammer Fantasy Battles 8th Edition (we're not huge fans of AoS).
-- Mordheim [Tabletop]
-- Kill Team [Tabletop]

Lords of Waterdeep
Dominion

Nothing too crunchy there, but all are fun.

Our club tends to like games that are fast-playing, less-common and not tied to one line of minis. Though we only meet every other week, in the last 6 months or so, the club has played the following games multiple times:
-Kings of War
-Alpha Strike (10mm)
-Mech Attack (in 10 and 28mm)
-Song of Blades and Heroes
-Necromunda
-Dragon Rampant

In the Past year we've also played the games below, but it's a bit less likely we'll play them again soon.
-SAGA
-Frostgrave
-Cleared to Engage
-LoTR
