Is 'Eavy Metal Calling?

Despite the fact I don't normally enjoy or do well at painting vehicles, this one I think has come out rather nicely, so I figured he deserved a thread here. The model is set up to switch between the Eradication Ray and the Neutron Blaster, both of which you can see there. The scheme is the same as that used on the rest of my AdMech, which you can see in my gallery, though there are a few different weathering techniques in play here.

Any thoughts, feedback and gallery votes welcome, cheers for looking!

Spider tanks are always super awesome, this one is superb

Life is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless and perfunctory gift nobody ever asked for. Unreturnable because all you get back is another box of chocolates. So you're stuck with this undefinable whipped mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down because there's nothing left to drink. Sure once in a while there's a peanut butter cup or a English toffee, but they're gone too fast and the taste is fleeting. So you end up with nothing but broken bits of hardened jelly and teeth shattering nuts. If you're desperate enough to eat those all you've got left is a. An empty box, filled with useless brown paper wrappers.

Lovely. Your gritty style really shines here... takes a cartoony vehicle and makes it look badass.

Cheers guys!

I actually did a complete U-turn on the Dunecrawler the first time I saw one in the plastic. Initially I thought it was a really poor design, cartoony and over the top in all the wrong ways, but when I actually saw one I realised most of that was in the GW paintjobs, and that underneath that there was a frankly awesome, imposing and very AdMech war machine. Love them now, I may well pick up a second in future.

Thanks guys! The guns are just swapped out with blue-tac, it works for the Neutron Laser, Eradication Ray and Phosphor Blaster, and if you wanted it'd be easily to do the side piece and get the Icarus Array working as well. The principle is the same as magnetising, but for cheapskates like me!
