You have to ask your
TO if you are allowed to take a
CAD using the W!G supplement. More specifically, you have to make the arguement that anything at all -in- your supplement, gives you permisssion to take a W!G
CAD using army list information from the Ork Codex.
I would argue that it is in there, most on
YMDC would tell you not.
It's a rule interpretation that you need a
TO to back you up on.

In that thread I make an arguement that the softback W!G supplement offers the
CAD to you in that supplement on the page after Orkimedies custom gubbinz, by referencing the
CAD in the rulebook as an example of how to build your army, therefore offering you permission to purchase a W!G
CAD with troop tax and
IC with your relic of choice.
It is not a popular opinion, and is confused by page references that are different between two versions of the supplement.
Really though its sad that in this age of gaming that imperials and others dig through all kinds of books pulling allied detachments to stuff special
ICs, rules, gear, and units in a list but orkz can't do it with their supplement because they didnt take the time/resources to print the
CAD in there.
