I'm thinking about using speeders in the following configuration and taking a group of two-three.

Land Speeder w/ Heavy Bolter + Graviton Gun

The obvious benefits are being able to move 12" and fire the cannon + usefulness vs armor and infantry... obvious downsides are jinking means you can't fire the Grav Gun. Other things I use for anti armor in my list are Jetbikes with melta bombs, a Deredeo, and Vet Tac squad in a Rhino with melta guns/melta bombs and Tank Hunter. Any thoughts? Grav Guns overkill?

Land Speeders can not take neither Graviton Cannons nor Grav-cannons. They can take a Graviton gun which is pretty useful for vehicle hunting due to it having haywire.

Go for it. Sounds like a decent all rounder setup.

I'm on the fence. Not being able to jink is a drawback and melta bombs are much better at scraping vehicles, but I think the real strength of Graviton Guns is leaving behind pools of difficult/dangerous. If you have the tactical savvy to take advantage of them, they can cause serious problems for your opponent.

I field a pair of them armed with Graviton gun and multi-meltas... As dedicated light vehicle hunting. They aren't that cost effective but fill a necessary and thematic niche in my Raven Guard army. You have to play them as sneaky as possible, using your speed to keep them darting behind terrain and to get them to a good vantage for shooting. I use them in parallel with my vigilator teamed Breacher squad who also layout Graviton shots.

As a follow-up to being sneaky with them (I agree) as an EC player I have an opportunity to Outflank them with the Maru Skara RoW. Plus it's fairly fluffy since they're fast and tactical.

Go for it. I run a speeder with an assault cannon and a magnetized graviton gun i can snap on whenever I feel like it. I deep strike in my speeder so I can always get off one shot with it before I even have to worry about jinking, and if it kills even one marine or strips one hull point off something big it's already paid for itself.
