Im just wondering if any of you mass effect 40k fans know of a company or site that sells Mass effect conversion bits/ knockoffs or even full models

Mainly I'm looking for head conversion bits. quarians turians asari etc.

Frogan (shapeways, I believe).

I started fiddling with some Mass Effect conversions. I think you can do it with GW models, it just takes a lot of bits mix and match.

Geth are pretty easy from Necrons


Partway through a Krogan


And a Turian based on the Necton range as well.


Dark Eldar and Eldar ranges provide a good mix of male and female humanoids in skintight suits for GSing details onto.

Also I found a pretty good Mako counts as with just a bit of fiddling required.

nice. Is that a stealthsuit you're using for a krogan?

Yes. It's a backwards stealth suit married to a Terminator chest plate. Haven't worked out how to do the legs properly, and to be honest this project is pretty much on hold until further notice. It was good fun to fiddle with though.

It looks like some beefed up kroot legs would work shapewise at least.
