You might want to look at formations. I’m not 100% up to speed on the new ones, but with some minor re-jiggering it looks like the White Scars could be a gladius.
Move the grav bikes into a command squad
add a dev squad.
You end up with less bodies on bikes, but the same number of specials. And instead of basic bolters you can get some more heavies on the table, which you can either scout forward, or just camp in the backfield.
And as the KR bike trays tend to be units of 6/12, you should be able to pack them all in a 1/2 high, 1/2 wide tray.
If you move the 3x5 scout squads from the RG over to the WS side, that’s a 10th company formation and the aux you need.
Seeing that we’ve poached a chunk of stuff from the RG, all that there is left will fit into an allied detachment.
Gear looks reasonable. I’m not a huge fan of PCs, but if they work for you, take them. Never used that assassin. I wonder if the points might be better spent on other things.
Scouts could use things like cloaks, or vet sarges if planning for CC. I’d suggest LSSs, but they don’t pack well. Assault marines could use some toys on the sarge.
