i noticed this on battlescribe today.

its known that a jump pack can not be taken by a space marine captain in terminator armour. this is clearly shown in the rules for jump packs.
how ever the ravens furry jump pack from either angels of death, or the raven guard supplement has no restrictions for use.

does this mean a raven guard terminator captain could take the ravens fury jump pack?

Read the very first sentence of the rules for Raven's Fury:

Raven's Fury is a jump pack.

Wellllll... If you want to abuse RAW a Cataphractii terminator armor wearing Terminator captain from AoD can in fact take a jump pack or bike. Its an obvious oversight and is abusing the rules, but it is legal RAW.
