So I got my deadzone stuff. Unfortunately some is missing. I have opened a ticket but I'm yet to get a response. Anyone have any idea how long it usually takes them to sort it out?

It took around a year for us to get a couple of bits missing from our Dreadball KS sorted out.
Assume they do not use the KS comments or messages, and go at them every other way.

They took about 4-5 days to respond to my ticket, and sorted it out very quickly from there.

I think the issue with mantic's customer service is its insane variance.

I had a minor problem with one KoW2 piece and received a new copy of it within ~5 days of opening the ticket (Yes -- 5 days between submitting online and holding the piece in my hands!) ... others have waited half a year to get anything.
