So slowly getting into my army with enough for 750pts but I also have plans for 1500pts I made a list anyway so please critique:



HQ: 281pts

1x ccs- carapace, vox, regiment standard, master of ordinance
1x ccs- carapace, meltagun, vox, chimera- camo

Troops: 767pts

1x platoon-
5x squads, vox, flamers, boltpistols
1x HWT Autocannons

2x veterans- grenadiers 3x meltagun, chimera- camo

Fast attack: 170pts

1x vendetta

Heavy Support: 280pts

1x LRBT

2x wyverns

2 CCS? That's odd. Do you mean 1 CCS and 1 PCS?

If i remeber correctly you need at least 1 PCS to field regular guardsman.

As for the LRBT, I've used them enough to tell you they for 150pts, they are 100% lacking. I'd switch it with a deepstriking 4 melta scion squad or something like that. Or just add MORE VETS!

Hmm I quite like my leman russes they make for a big threat my opponent has to deal with and are good at hurting pretty much everything.

Yes I did include 2 ccs but I might get rid of one and get a lord commissar instead with the pcs going in a chimera with meltas.

Finally how useful are the special characters (psykers,priests e.g) they look pretty fun to use?

I'd go for inquisition allies if you want psykers.

Coteaz is bae.

And if you op for a regular inquisitor they ahve a bunch of gadgets to go for.

IG aren't a very CC army so priest aren't necessary.

Oh and I forgot to mention, you need either a inquisitor or a commissar with that blob.
