Dakka community I need your help!

We are having a Tanks-Giving event, and it is 3000 points for as much armor as you can bring. I was wondering what would be the most hilarious list (all AV Value) that I could put together.

I was thinking of 15-ish Eldar Fighters or Fire Prisms, but i'm not much in the way of knowing all the codecies intimately so wondered what (if money isn't an option) would be the list you guys would play.

Imperial Knights count as AV?

They do, but I'm not a huuuge fan of knights, though i guess 7 or 8 of them is no joke.

For IG, consider take the Cadian Battle Group Detachment, Tank Commander Pask, Emperor's Fist as core, then supported by Emperor's blade (the mech Veteran formation) and Emperor's Wrath formation. I think it is gonna look amazing WW2 style while it should be balance andgood on table in a casaul fluffy game.

For Marines, I would suggest take two Medusa Strike force, due to every vehicle gain PotMS. Take Armoured Task Force as core, each with 1 unit of 3 Vindicators and 2 units of 3 Tri las Predator, and a few Thurnder Fire Cannons. Take a few Dreadnoughts to fulfill the Auxiliary formation. And all great.

Wall of baneblade hulls would fit the bill.

120 ork buggys with TL rokkits sure sound like fun

Dang no matter how I come up Orks can just put more in the field..lots more...

I was thinking a bunch of the Dark Eldar Ravagers.

Alternatively I was thinking this (since it is unbound):

3 Wraithknights in the apoc formation
6 Eldar Flyers
Fireprism formation from apoc

Firedragons in tanks and stuff..

1 warlord titan with the triple barrelled shoulder cannons, plus 150 points of something else. idk, a fast triple las pred?

Have to work out the points.

Wave Serpent w Bright Lance so you can Pen anything as if AV12
Serpent Shield to reduce pens to glances
Holofield so you don;t have to jink
Star Engine so you can emergency redeploy
Spirit Stone so you can ignore Stunned or Shaken
Crystal Target Matrix so you can redeploy and still fire
Should be able to get about 15 of them

OR

If you own stock in Forge World, 37 Hornets Can you say 74
S8 shots

Pull out the Falcons Upgrade as the Wave Serpent basically lose the wave shield for a Pulse Laser.

37 Hornets huh...now..that is interesting...

I DO NOT own Forgeworld stock. But a few hornets with as many buffed serpents or fire prisms.

I feel that eldar is the super cheese with this game!
