Hey guys so I bought a bunch of ironjaws and with summer going on the kids have been on the trampoline and pool alot so I actually got some glued together.

Now here is the real kicker.... What game system can I use them in? I was thinking maybe black orks whfb but they are a bit big and I am limited on good bases only the crappy circle ones for a while.

Any suggestions?

Also I could maybe do AoS but what point systems has them in it? Righht now they are dust collecting..... When is the point book coming out to save the sinking turd of sigmar?

Depending on what you have, there's plenty of options. AoS being the obvious ones, even without points it can lead to some fun, simple gaming if you're opponent isn't trying to be a dick, use one of the various comp systems (SCGT or Azyr are the popular ones) or just eyeball it/use wounds. Even if the game isn't perfectly fair, it can still be great fun.

Kings of War doesn't care about base sizes and the rules are free, so there's nothing to lose by trying that, it handles larger games better than WFB ever did and is very popular.

There are a wealth of skirmish games out there that they could be adapted into. Frostgrave or Song of Blades and Heroes are good fun, Mordheim could work with some house-ruling as well.

Probably not sinking too quickly if people buy the minis without any idea what to do with them...

As for game, no idea. Possibly Ogruns for WMH, Warpath Marauders, NPCs for Frostgrave, Mega Armour Orks for 40k. Ogres for WFB, as they're still on 40mm bases? Similar for KoW?

The Generals Handbook is coming in July, the 21st I'd heard. I'd also heard copies of it will be available in all stores by July 1st.

Age of Sigmar is a great game, if you use scenarios and spend the time talking with your opponent to balance it.

If you still can't find use for the Ironjawz, send me a PM

"Orkses never lost a battle. If we win we win, if we die we die fighting so it don't count. If we runs for it we don't die neither, cos we can come back for annuver go, see!"

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.

Points for AoS have been out for a while:

As a sidenote, do NOT use wounds count with Ironjawz as they will suck hard by that standard.

I have a bit of an addiction to models..... Sadly lol.

But my buying dropped alot. I use to buy nearly 500$ + a month on models tomb kings, ogres, greenskins, night goblins, forest goblins, black orks, nurgle, khorne and vampires. Then for 40k eldar, chaos, dkok, ultramarines, death guard, orks.

But after them saying all my models where useless, removing 1 army from the face f the world, I kinda quit but an addict always needs a hit every now and again.

So I am buying the last of my really wants eldar phantom titans , more harleys thats it for 40k I feel like they may end times it so I sold all models I had for 40k but eldar and my chaos titans.

For fantasy I sold everything but a chaos warband lead by archaon which is 90% khorne. And picked up about 500$ worth of iron jawz.

I buy the odd model now but not like when I was obsessed behond belief.
