With the FAQ change for Scout and Grenades, I revisited my list build for my Talon Strike Force. It won't compete against the hyper competitive lists as this is not what it is intended for. This would be more for casual play, one day events and the occasional 2 day tourney. I felt the list needs to have a bit of everything and a lot of special rules to help it compete in today's environment. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

It is interesting you chose Shadow Force over Shadow Strike Kill Team. Have you found the shadow force worth it? Scout and Acute senses granting is nice. Super fast speeder I can see being very useful also. But dunno its otherwise a collection of units that aren't all that game changing (not without assault from reserve or other shenanigans)

snoogums: "Just because something is not relavant doesn't mean it goes away completely."

Iorek: "Snoogums, you're right. Your arguments are irrelevant, and they sure as heck aren't going away."

I've played with and against the Shadowstrike Kill Team a lot and it's gotten to be a bit stale for me.

The Shadow Force is something I'm looking at as I pretty much control the board at the beginning of the game due to Scout, Deep Strike or Infiltrate(and Scout). Most games with/against RG, the RG go first and this army has a deceptive alpha strike due to the large number of Ignore Cover that gets passed around.

Servo Skulls can alter a lot of my army plans, but to be honest, I rarely, if ever encounter it.
