I don't know where to post this.
I've been looking for a minis game where you get to customize each model. Without having a regiment of identical guys. Preferably generic fantasy. Also, small and fast.
I've been looking at Mordheim, but it has a few drawbacks (too old, no fair way to play Elves, no continued development, etc).
What other options are there out there?

There are alternative rules to Mordheim (Coreheim and WyrdWars being the most popular ones), which are pretty good.
Most warbands can still be made pretty easily from the current models sold by GW.
However, you might have a hard time finding other players who play with these ruleset, unless you have a group of friends that want to try it out with you.

Silver tower? Get to choose lots of heroes to focus on.
Mordheim definitely still played; henchman kit now defunct though so either ebay them or stick with other warbands: beastmen, orcs, dwarves and undead now look great modelwise.
Non gw, frostgrave is quite popular though the models are not gw standard. Who do you normally play with? If its just one or two people ( or even solo) try making your own game: dungeon crawler types are really easy to do.
