A buddy of mine are planning on doing a Tactical Objective game, and with this I think I have enough to move swiftly to and from any point, troops skilled enough to hold their own, and of course a powerful knight backing me up to lay down fire and rip apart other super heavies.

Looks good to me.

However, some food for thought. In the new crimson slaughter supplement there is a formation which is 1 dark apostle, and 2 cultist squads. The cultists get d6 casualties back every round as long as they're within 12 of the apostle. Could be good for the cultists squads because otherwise their t3 6+ save will melt under anything.

I love that formation, I've used it several times before. However these cultists also have the benefit of being able to get killed if they fall back to feed the Blood Tithed counter, which may be useful to get better units summoned

Bloodtithe is key. Screen with the cultist and you rack up several points before you lose the cover save they provide. Is this the formation that allows double tithe rewards? If I recall correctly that's a huge bonus.

If the point is for them to die, and it is, i'd drop them down to 10 men each, and lose the bloodreaper on each letter squad. Should be enough points to add an Icarus cannon to the knight, who will be able to make up for the lack of anti air. You give up a few things that do basically nothing for something you desperately need.

I already know my opponent isn't fielding any air units, so there's really no need for the AA power. Though, losing the 'reapers does seem like a good idea.

Drop them all to 8 man squads so its a little more fluffy should give you a couple points to add more hounds, they are imo the best units in your list by far.

Sadly I'm limited by the amount of hound models I actually have, I may only have an extra one or two

I would be running those cultist squads at minimum models. You have that rule to sacrifice them for free blood tithe. They are not objective secured they won't stand up to much. Why spend the points on larger squads.

Same goes for the dogs. Run 3 squads of 5.
Min max your squads. Means more blood tithe to generate.
The only time I consider making a larger dog squad is when I'm bubble wrapping a juggerlord in dogs
