He will want the Shield of Baal Leviathan book. Some of it is available in Back issues of White Dwarf, but I've no idea which ones I'm afraid.

Codex Tyranid.
Black library has a few free ones.

Shield of Baal

Rising leviathan 1
Rising leviathan 2
Rising leviathan 3

That's from memory.
Nids have stacks of formations and additions.
Infact, I think there's more extra content than in the actual codex.

In addition to that, the forgeworld units are all found in Imperial Armour Volume 4 - The Anphelion Project second edition.
The Second Edition part is important, as there is another version of the book which is much older, with rules written for 3rd edition 40k.

The rules for Maleceptors, Toxicrenes, Mucolid Spores, Sporocysts, Tyrannocytes, along with updated rules for Zoanthropes/Neurothropes, are available on the GW site, accessible from the pages for the respective units.
Same goes for genestealer cults, accessible from the Deathwatch Overkill store page.

Aside from that, there are a stack of apocalypse-only formations in Warzone Valedor.

I think that about covers it.
