I don't quite recall how much everything is pointed exactly, but I can say cutting some things to replace your Bloodthirster with Skarbrand would be a good idea from a competitive standpoint; he is very good for his cost in the GHB. Fitting in a Skull Cannon is also a good idea, since one Soulgrinder is very inconsistent with its ranged support.

I think you should merge some of the units. 2x10 Blood Warriors and 6 Skullcrushers.

I haven't tried Skarbrand yet, but the nice thing about the Wrathirster is he lets one of your Demon units Run and Charge. That makes speedy units alot speedier!

Aside from that, I agree with Haechi that even with the Bloodsecrator, your units are too small to really gain the benefits of the synergy there. I think you should get another cavarly hero to make the MSU cav more hitty, or take a big block of bloodletters or something to benefit from the bloodsecrator synergy more. (And also run and charge from the wraththirster, that's a fun surprise for folks!)

I have found the opposite in regards to units. I lose nothing really by taking 5 man vs 10 man Blood Warriors and actually gain 2 additional Glaives. Not only that but, I can ensure I actually get everyone in combat more reliable because big blocks of guys have an issue getting everyone in combat. Tge only advantage I would have with bigger units is with the Lords command ability affecting more guys but I'm trading that for attacks.

I would love Skarbrand but I already have a Thirster so, am reluctant to plop down for him unless necessary. I do like Skullcannons but at 180pts they are steep. I could drop the wrathmongers for them but they are pretty valuable in how they synergize with the army.

My main hang up is lack of Mortal Wound givers. Fighting buffed Durthu, Dwarfs or Stormcast renders high damage moot if it's saved.
