Forge world are really good with fixing stuff in my experience. The issues are usually when a mould is reaching the endnof its viable life and due for replacement.

The quality of FW casts are generally among the best iv worked with and their CS is really good especially when it comes to replacing stuff that's not quite right especially compared to a couple of other companies iv bought from recently *looking at you warlord*
