I think the bigger box is better. One of each is probably best. I'm going with two Ghoulish Hosts and one Start Collecting.

I just bought the bigger box last week to start my army. TBH the start collecting box looks like a poor start, sure you get the Terrorgheist and Horrors, but only 10 ghouls when the normal box is 20? Lame.
