Hi,
I have a question about "ward" saves (and save in general).

My army included
Archaon, the Everchosen (for purpose of the question) and Harbringer of Decay (Nurgle Rotbriners hero).

Archaon wields Chaos Runeshield so he can ignore mortal wounds on a roll of 5 or more.
Harbringer of Decay is my general, he has command ability which grants mortal nurgle units ability to ignore wounds and mortal wounds on a roll of 5 or more.
Archaon has keyword Nurgle

So technically can i make two "ward" rolls against mortal wounds (one from shield and one from command ability) or just one (better one)?
I can`t find anything in AoS rules against this so it is legal?

Yes, you get two saves. It is addressed in the FAQ, specifically.

Road to Renown! It's like classic Path to Glory, but repaired, remastered, expanded! https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/778170.page

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.

Yes it is.
Also bear in mind that "ward"/"extra" saves aren't a thing. These are abilities.
Saves are what happens before damage is assigned to the pool, not when inflicting wounds.
So any abilities stating "no saves allowed" or similar do not apply to these extra rolls.
