Just far too light on bodies. 20'ish models, half of which being inferior guard, just don't cut it these days without some serious hijinks and trickery, and
FNP isn't enough. I'd find a way to get some more bodies on the ground.
I'm going to second all of this. I'd recommend some Nurgle bikers, min size, with meltas. Drop the land raider and give the
PM a basic rhino. Stick Typhus with the zombies or a small group of Nurgle spawn and you can use him to scare your enemy and control the board. Sadly, most people are too smart to engage him, so he won't get much action in...But if he does, he will win. Especially if you get Force off.
Alternatively, get a Nurgle biker Lord instead. You'll lose the zombies, but you'll still have
PM as troops and you'll actually be able to chase something down. Don't get me wrong, I love Typhus, but between him, the land raider and one squad of
PM, you've eaten up almost half your points on a single gambit that might not even pay off.
I'd rather spend those points on more oblits, more bikes, more cultists, more
CSM/
PM, or even a second heldrake. More bodies on the board, the better. All that being said, if he does get in there and takes out a suped-up chapter master with a single swipe of his Manreaper, boy is that satisfying! Just food for thought, I guess.
