Brother and I want to go back to the hobby after about 15 years of absence I have obsessively studied the rulesc, codices, battle reports and so on but I cant quite figure out the army list restrictions. Is this army battle-forged? Can i make Tigurius my WL and will his special rules apply for the whole army? I assume I have to take an HQ choice besides the formation?

Anyhow: 5 dreads, 4 speeders, 4librarians, 6 troops with objective secured (I hope?). Very fragile, I assume, but only my favourite models and quite versatile. What do you think?

Yes, this appears to be battleforged. I agree about tiggy too.

I would split up the landspeeders though, and change the weapons. Give one of them double HBs, and the other double MMs.
