You have a few units that seemed mixed. After reading the codex for proably the 10th time I still think it's better to make sure your kill teams are either monsters in the shooting phase or monsters in CC. So any unit that includes heavy thunder hammers needs to be a CC monster. Possible with a termi or two leading the way or some veterans with SS so soak up fire making sure those hammer make it to the intended target.

I would drop the heavy thunder hammers from the frag cannon squad. I'm not really sold on frag cannons to be honest. I see them bing good in a smaller unit in a razor back, maybe.

The malleus kill team has to take 2 heavy thunder hammers for the formation unfortunately

With deepstrike I can pop them really close to something I'd really like dead like a knight with their 2 shot 12" lascannons or I could dump them in the midfield for some strong fire power

why not have the malleus as a aquila kill team for the reroll one's vs everything so you have a better chance of killing a wraith knight?

I've worked out for my list that i'll run 2 Furor stalker teams with a cyclone termy with them for troop killing and 2 aquila drop fragcannon squads with a cyclone termy

Because I want the rerolls vs all heavy supports without dedicating the mission tactics too it

Is a knight even heavy support? Isn't it a Lord Of War? Even so don't relie on deep striking to get you within 12 inches of something. consider a squad you want hunting heavy support to be escorted in by a flyer maybe? to get nice and close and make sure those heavy thunder hammers get there. Still I'm not a fan of frag cannons. The unit should focus on shooting or assulting. Don't trust a 12 inch lascannon

Personally, I like the list. Only critique I can offer is this: switch the assault cannon terminators with the cyclone terminators. The ranges work better with their squads. Cyclone helps stalker squads when hitting one tough unit or a blob. Assault cannon range is better used deepstriking.
