So I had an interesting game today, I used my Black Templar in a way I hadn't in a long time. Black Tide. Big crusader squads, foot slogging with Grimaldus and company, Honor guard with the big banner. So, I was gaining 1+ attack, FNP and zealot everywhere. I brought them up against KDK and did fairly well in CC and won the game. But, now my question is...Can Black Tide be competitively run? Has anyone had and success with it? Tips or builds I should focus on? There is a 2200 league coming up and its going to be fairly ruthless I can imagine.

It's doable. But you can only hope to win eldar or tau via scoring and lucky maelstorm.
