Yeah so I was going through my Death grand alliance book and in the deathrattle section they make note of a " Dark Lord of Despair" who rules over a rime-frozen Helspoint. Soooo we all know who this dark lord of despair is right? I mean krell was the Mortarch of despair and I think it would be pretty cool to get a new krell model in a frost/rime like theme. If they go with a ice like theme for deathrattle I think my wallet would cry out in pain.
I mean it's pretty clear he is going to get a new model considering the fact they turned his old one into a wight king and they made a express point that a Dark lord of despair rules such a place what do you guys think? Of course they make note that some are desert themed most likely for Arkhan who is going to get the deathrattle keyword and perhaps a new liche model that looks similar to Arkhan.

So... the Lich King? :p
Seriously as an ex WoW player if they basically did the Scourge in AoS, I'd jump on that sucker.

GW is good at putting little hooks like this in the fluff that players can use to make up their own background for their army (e.g., the two deleted first founding chapters in 40K).

It also helps that they can freely make new factions at any time that arent in the original grand books. A group of crazed ghouls who believe themselves to be knights and peasants near their kings? Sure. A faction of steampunk dwarfs? Also cool.
The way they've done the battletomes makes it easier to produce new groups as wanted.

Yeah that popped up in my head imagine Krell riding an undead ice dragon of sorts. They also note that there is a desert themed deathrattle group most likely Arkhan's lot, it's pretty clear that Arkhan is going to get the deathrattle key word. In the lord of undeath book his whole army was pretty much made up of skeletons.

TBF Hexwraiths do fit perfectly within that theme.

There's a picture in the general's handbook I think of this undead city, like a black necropolis with skulls and gak that fits the same design theme as Nagash and Arkhan the Black's armor. Kinda reminds me of the Warcraft undead a bit. I've been looking but I can't find the pic online, but thats my bet on what they'll look like. Either deathrattle or the new tomb kings.
