Subject: Alternatives for Green Stuff?

Looking for alternatives to the GW green stuff. It's kinda expensive (at $20 for 20g, it seems a little much, and it's gone up the past few years) so hoping for cheaper options that have the same quality; precise gap filling, making small sculpts, and whatever else you use GS for.
Thanks!

Get Green Stuff or Kneadatite from a vendor other than GW.
It's a universal product.

I buy it in big rolls on ebay, much cheaper.
Alternative modelling putty, would suggest Milliput. Also cheaper to buy in bulk on eBay

Sculpey is slightly different, in that it's a polymer clay that requires baking, rather than an epoxy putty like green stuff. So it's not suitable for gap filling or sculpting onto existing models, as the baking part isn't great for plastic or resin models...

I use Magic Sculp. Little less sticky than GS. Much less expensive by volume.
Great stuff!

For filling gaps I sometimes use wood filler. Infinitely cheaper but only really useful for small gaps since you can't sculpt it. For an actual putty, I've also used Mighty Putty that Walmart has from time to time. The quick-dry (it apparently cures in 15 minutes, although I just find that it doesn't take detail anymore) helps me to get priming fast when I have some metal models I wanna process quick.
Sculpting wise, I use Sculpeys with foil and wire as a base. Despite what the description says you can bake it multiple times as long as you let it cool between bakings.
I also have a few tubs of Apoxy Sculpt, but haven't cracked them yet. They were pretty cheap too (relatively).

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.
When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do. |

People have already mentioned other places to get Greenstuff at better prices! I also second the option of Milliput! Either the Superfine White or the standard yellow/grey, I use both.
I also recommend mixing Greenstuff and Milliput together. Milliput dries rock-solid, which is really good for carving/sanding once it's dried, whereas plain Greenstuff I find to be a little bit rubbery. But I also find straight Milliput a little more difficult and annoying to work with, personally, so mixing the two gives the best of both worlds. Works like Greenstuff, dries solid like Milliput.
