I'm seriously doubting between starting with beastclaws and flesheaters so I'm presenting you this list and say wether or not can be competitive/engaging.


Leader:

-Frostlord on stonehorn 460pts

-Icebrow hunter. 160pts


Battleline:

Thundertusk: 320pts

2 blocks of 4 mournfang 800pts

2 blocks of 2 sabertusks
1 block of 3 yhetees.

Well first things first, if you are running Beastclaw and don't bring sabertusks then your list is competitive. Sabertusks are ludicrously overpriced (I would suggest to never bring them) but everything else varies between a solid choice and an overpowered one. In regards to the list you have there, I would say to swap the 4 sabertusks out for another yhetee unit (yeah 4 sabertusks costs the same as 3 yhetees...) then you have a strong but not totally OP list.

I like this list except for the sabretusks. ninth is right they are way overprices for competition. I see your have a huge amount of mournfang which I cant fault you for but I would split them up into 4 units of 2. The reason being is you can have 4 banners instead of 2 and 4 pistols instead of 2. The musician is fine but not as valuable as what the banner brings and the extra rend -1 d3 wound shots are just a nice bonus. If I were to leave your list the same but tweek one thing it would be to replace sabretusks for yhetees.

I was contemplating a similar list for the obvious upcoming adepticon AOS champs which ill assume will be at 2k.

Which is really nice since I can pull 3 items off of the beastclaw list and build myself a frostlord who is healing all the time and putting out damage 4
