I want to know wether or not this list seems solid or not:

Leader: Gordrakk fist of Gorkk. 700pts

Battallions/Battlelines:

Ardfist:

3x10 units of ardboyz. 540pts +40pts

Gorefist
3x3 units of gore-gruntaz: 540pts+120pts

The plan is simple: run the hell out of the battlefield with my gruntas and thus score turn 1 charge. With a minimum threat range of 27'' I can threaten virtually anyone and each model will pump 11 attacks (thanks to gordrakk's command ability) thus I'll tie the enemy down for the first turn and cripple them for the second turn onslaught that will be gordrakk, followed by the ardboyz' turn three assault to wipe out the remnants.
Blitzkrieg at its finest.

There's a command trait and three artifacts that you are giving up here, which I am not sure is wise. Also I don't see the Warchanter prerequisite for the Ardfist. Honestly I would drop Gordrakk for a generic Maw Crusha boss since a mega Waaagh! is as good as his command ability in this case (since it isn't once per game) and the regular boss can carry an item; either talisman for the 4+ against mortal wounds or hero's brew for +1 hit/wound the whole game (and the potential for +2 if you really need it). You can also pick a command trait for him, of which there are several good options. I would drop the Ardfist as well since minimum battleline ardboyz aren't going to get as much use from it anyway. Use the points saved from the above to add a Weirdnob for some ranged threat beyond the Crusha's bellow.

Is there a reason you want to run a 700pt model in a 2k pt list?

I would think grabbing more units to play toward the scenarios to be more advantageous.

Unfortunately the biggest models tend to be the most powerful for their cost in the GHB. Though that is far from universally true lists that run mostly monsters with few foot troops tend to be quite powerful. Note how strong Beastclaws are, for example.

You don't see it because I mixed up batallion names. I meant the ironfist (they sound the same to me sometimes XD) to make them go faster. The idea of using a regular warboss might be good so thus I may be able to snug in another unit of boyz/ gruntas in the ironfist.

Ah, that makes sense then. Something to consider is swapping one Ardboy unit for Brutes, since the latter rerolls hits against targets with wound 4+ characteristic they round out your capabilities a bit more.
