Subject: How to beat Death Guard with Grey Knights

On Saturday I will be playing a friend. This will be the first time I will be using my Grey Knights, and it is against his Death Guard, 2000 point game. First time either of us has played in a long time.
I'm pretty sure he will have a Great Unclean one, Typhus, and a Heldrake. He'll likely have several units of Plague Marines and Plauge Bearers.
I am thinking of taking (but have several other things to substitute if needed):
Grandmaster with Psycannon and halberd.
Dreadnought with two autocannons
Venerable dread with two autocannons
Two 5-man terminator squads with psycannon and a mix of Halberds and Hammers
Two- 10 man Strike squads, each with three halberds, three hammers, and two psycannons
Razorback with assault cannon and storm bolter
Dreadknight with personal teleporter, hammer, heavy psycannon, and incinerator
Dreadknight with personal teleporter, sword, and psycannon.
I have a little over 100 points left over.
Any tips on tactics or things to swap out? I have a company champion, landraider crusader, Strom Raven, and a Dreadnought with multimelta and CCW left over than I can trade out if needed.

Honestly, in my experience vs chaos, they have a hard time dealing with armor at range. They'll have some melta here and there, but in the couple games I've played against chaos there isn't really anything other than that to scare a dread. Now, that being said, a footslogging dread is hard to use, but I'd go for it. You have so many units already that he'll likely focus the dreadknights first.
Either way, Gray Knights are one of the best counters to chaos what with all their anti-daemon shenanigans and whatnot. Plus, you're playing with a friend. You shouldn't go too meta on this.

The most effective GK units tend to be ML3 Librarians, Terminators (just because the only other troop choice are strike squads... which suck), and Dreadknights with teleporters and sword/hammer (for Force).
I personally also like 10 man Purifier Squads in Rhinos since they can get across the board ASAP, disembark into combat squads, and both blast Cleansing Flame. But they're pretty expensive.
Draigo could be fun if you want to try an epic battle with the GUO or Typhus. He'll probably do okay.
As Vitalia mentioned, you'll have a decent advantage simply because you'll have bonuses against any daemons, but pure GK can be challenging to play simply because of the low model count. Good luck!

Well, my game came and went.
His list was a little different from what I expected. He had:
Nurgle lord on bike
Nurgle Sorcerer on bike
4 units of Plague Marines mounted in Rhinos
2 units of 2 Spawn
Predator with Lascannons
Defiler
Heldrake
The mission we played was "The Scouring". As I had no anti-aircraft weapons I was a little scared of his heldrake after it roasted a Strike squad, but fortune was on my side. Two of the mysterious objectives wound up being Skyfire Nexus, and my Dreadknights were sitting on them. They didn't kill his Heldrake, but did cripple it and strip it of weapons. These guys really were the stars of the show.
My Dreadnoughts spent the game swapping hits with his Predator, but managed to knock out a rhino before getting blown up.
My razorback spent the entire game trying to knock out a rhino, failing, but did manage to capture an objective.
I ended up killing his warlord, getting first blood, and claiming linebreaker. Through attrition I stopped him from claiming anything but one objective, although closely. I ended up with one wound left on my grand master.
Mostly this game came down to psycher duels as we were both casting and denying the witch like crazy. Other than that, I couldn't hit anything with shooting, and he couldn't hit in close combat.
