I can find lists of the 'main' disciplines, but im consantly surprised at how many unique disciplines there are; i never had any idea bout the Blood Angels for example!

Does anyone have a list of ALL the disciplines? That would be very helpful if you do.

Many thanks

Outer Space, Apparently

You got your basic Biomancy, Pyromancy, Divination, Telekenisis, Telepathy, Sanctic and Maleific Daemonology and Force. Orks have Power of the Waaagh!, Space Wolves have Tempestas, Tyranids have Power of the Hive Mind, Blood Angels have Sanguinary, Dark Angels have Interomancy, Craftworld Eldar have Runes of Battle and Runes of Fate and Harlequins have Phantasmancy. Then the Space Marines have access to Librarius, Fulmination, Geomancy and Technomancy, while the Chaos Space Marines now have Sinistrum, Heretech, Ectomancy and Geomortis, as well as having access to Lore of Nurgle, Tzeentch and Slaanesh just like Chaos Daemons do.

So that's 27 Disciplines if I haven't missed anything - can I get a cookie now? Welcome to DakkaDakka by the way

The Lores of Nurgle, Tzeentch and Slaanesh that the CSM get are not the same as the Disciplines of Plague, Change and Excess that daemons get.

Thirty, but the CSM ones may be copy-pastes of the SM ones (I know Heretech definitely is a copy-paste of Technomancy, haven't seen the other ones), so the end result may be back down to 26.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Also the Corsairs have Aethermancy (which puts us at 27 (or 31)), and there are a few discipline-less powers floating around Imperial Armour (the Wraithseer's, and a couple of legacy GK ones in IA2).

Thanks guys that's perfect.

30?! That's a LOT of disciplines. Will have to check up on some of the lesser known ones to try and find out what the best options are.

Thanks also for the welcome; I used to be on warseer but that's all gone now for some reason...

Remember most of those disciplines are limited to just the codex they come in being able to use them.

The most available to any individual Psyker is eleven (C:SM, DA, Deathwatch Librarians), with BA Librarians and Rune Priests close behind at ten, and GK Librarians and Chaos Sorcerers trailing at nine.

Most Psykers don't have a quick and easy 'best option'; there are solid reasons to take at least two of the available disciplines for psykers that have the choice.
