Ive been building and collecting a Nurgle army - without any real table top time with it and Im wondering where I should go next.

I have the following

Glottkin
Epidemus
3 Heralds
40 Plaguebearers
6 Plague drones
6 bases of Nurglings
5 Blight Kings

Current plan is to split the plague bearers into units of 30 and 10. The larger will shield Epidemus, the smaller with OBJ sit. The Glottkin will buff the big unit of plague bearers. Ill use the drones aggressively in order to build Epidemus' tallyband count, pushing 2 of the Heralds forward to buff them as long as I can. I may convert 2 of the Heralds with wings to make them Demon Princes so they can fly forward with the drones. I could drop the Kings and nurglings from the list.

I would also field the Glottkin proxying a Great Unclean One if thats a good idea.

GUO: 240
Epidemius: 180
Daemon prince of Nurgle: 160 Id convert 2 Herlads with Drone wings for these.

BlightKings 180 - These would get buffed by Epidemus, probably hanging back to protect him and the Plaque Claws

Any other tactics for what I have or ideas for purchases welcomed. Please include reasons for purchases.

That's a solid Epidemius list, but I'd drop tallyband for another 10-man plaguebearer unit to fill battleline (tallyband is only nurgle daemon units anyway) and drop a daemon prince to get Glottkin instead of the GUO.

30 plaguebearers should be your main line unit since they are the best unit in the game to put fleshy abundance on, at which point they will tarpit excessively well. Make sure Glottkin stays behind the plaguebearers early on for protection, and run your daemon Prince's and drones on the flank. Keep the drones in both Glottkin and locus range except when absolutely nessisary since the combination of command ability + locus makes them very effective damage dealers. Plagueclaws will want to hit big units early to take up the tally, then target enemy support characters. Use the 10man plaguebearer unit to protect epi in the backfield, and member that if Epidemius survives the whole game you almost certainly won that game. Blightkings should stick to the edge/behind the 30 plaguebearers unit to support but stay alive until the tally kicks in. Once that happens Glottkin, blightkings, and damon Prince's will become major workhorses to chew through the enemy army.

This list won't hold up to straight cheese lists but is a strong army otherwise.

Not really, it's all NURGLE keyword models.

"Slain by NURGLE models during the battle. At the start of each of your hero phases, consult the following table to see what benefits are bestowed upon all NURGLE models on the battlefield."

Even in the legacy warscroll its the same.

Two different things - Epidemius' ability affects all Nurgle but I was referring to the Tallyband battalion in his list. Note how I refer to Epi's buff affecting Glottkin and Blightkings.

Oh! I've never actually seen the Chaos Grand Alliance Formations, so my apologies, but yeah you have a point then if the rules don't work for the rest.
