Right now I'm building a dark angels army and I just want to know what weapons I should give to a sergeant leading a grav squad.

If you must give him something, a combi-grav if that's an option.
Otherwise I'd just go bare naked for sergeants. They're only marginally better (quite literally, they have just 1 extra attack and 1 extra LD) than a normal space marine in combat, and space marines aren't known for their close combat prowess. The sergeant should be used to either chump a challenge you don't want any characters joined in the unit to take, or to be an extra wound to protect your special weapons or heavy weapons guys. Back when they were an optional upgrade I didn't even take them.

Combi-grav, assuming you are drop-podding in a grav devastator squad.
Nothing, assuming that neither of the above applies.
That said, the one thing you definitely shouldn't put on any sergeant ever:
Combi-flamer. Flamers cost 5 points, but combi-flamers cost 10. Pretty much never worth it.

In days gone by melee upgrades were worth it, nowadays they're pretty useless unless the squad is escorting a character or two. Fluff wise I don't like it, but I've had success with tactical sergeants wielding combi weapons that match the special the squad is carrying. I'll throw a melta bomb on there if I can't spend my last 5 points.
Devastator sergeants get nothing because if they're shooting nobody is using the signum. I want to bump a Devastator sergeant to veteran status for the leadership bonus to help with pinning and morale because I run 2 Grav Cannons in a Rhino and that thing just collects bullets but I usually don't have the points.
Assault and biker sergeants can be worth throwing some points into because they'll actually use them and they are usually running alongside an HQ unit who may need a little help.
Combi flamers aren't terrible, though the other options are better.

For DA, I agree. They are REALLY pushing BA in the direction of arming sergeants.

Really, for tactical squads, just leave them bare bones. Or for most squads. Only time I give my guys combi-grav is if they are on bikes.
