Hi all!

We will have an ITC rules tournament next week, with 1200 points.

At the 1000 point part of the tournament we had:
GK with 2 dreadknights, tau with mirror formation and riptides, ravenwing wtih an IK, necron with 2x6 wraiths.

The core of my army would be:

Runeweaver formation (start collecting box) :
Jetseer
3 scatbikes
Fire Prism

CAD:
Jetseer
2x3 scatbikes
Skathach wraithknight

This is a total of 913 points, so I have 285 more.
3 missions were pre rolled for the tournament, one of them is the kill point one.

What should I bring to finish the army?
I don't have any more bikes, but everything from wraithguard to support platform goes.

Which Skatach WK do you have, because you need the Inferno lance one to take on those Riptides, DKs & IK. After that, I'd suggest 1-2 more bike units, maybe a few Hornets.

If you plan on using the Death shroud WK, then you definitely need 2x2 Hornets at least. With so many 2+ save MCs and the IK, you really need some Str8 Ap2

At 1000 point I tried the inferno, but didn't fare any good against the 2 DKs. The WK ate the tau MCs in CC.
So I will bring him as deathshroud this time.

I don't have any more bikes, or hornets. :(
At 1000 I tried using Reapers, but Ap3 doesn't cut it against 2+ saves.

What should I try?

A) Fire Dragons in a serpent, or falcon?
B) wraithguard in a serpent?
C) Warp spiders and hope for 6s?

Option A, in a serpent with holofields is good but not long ranged enough
Option B is better since you will kill what you shoot at, but if the serpent dies, they are worthless and more expensive than option A, and Dragons at least have Battle focus.

Try option D) Wraithguard with a WWP Archon. Take 5 Kabalite warriors as you minimum allied Troop and hide them near an objective.

The WWP Archon and the kabalites are both frail, giving up kill points. And I need to drop a scatter laser to get them in the list. :(

Guaranteed no scatter DS for WG is worth it. And the Kabalites are not frail if they cannot be seen, so just hide them somewhere.

Normally I would say just play whatever, but the list of models you are already playing cannot handle DKs or Riptides. The IK can only be dealt with by the WK getting into combat, thus wasting it's templates.
