Hi guy! Let me know what units you like/hate and what I should change. How would you build the list? I'm open to all feed back. This is meant to compete at LVO so I'm trying to fine tune it. Just remember, anyone who comments, the list is meant to almost entirely be dedicated to CC; no shooty shoots here

Hey, not to nit-pick but this list is pretty hard to read. It looks like you copied it from a builder of some sort which makes the format a bit off. Your list definitely works but I think you're better served running a Lost Brotherhood Detachment instead. Use your DC strikeforce as core then bring the Archangels Orbital Intervention force. This gives you a much better chance to actually reach melee using both detachment special rules. Right now, it looks to me that most of your army can get shot off the table once they arrive via deep strike.

I did copy it off a builder yes, and worse yet a builder sent to me second-hand that I attempted to clean up to abide by the rules of the forum. Do you feel that the list has no staying power?

It can work but the problem is most of your army will have a lot of trouble getting into combat at full strength or at all. If you take the lost brotherhood detachment you can get a much better chance of making it. The bonus 6 inch movement for the DC with JP allows for potential turn 1 charges and the archangel intervention force can charge from deep striking. With the points saved from not taking the archangel's demi-company, you can probably squeeze in the golden host or a baal strikeforce for more versatility.

I'd echo the LB advice, but heads up, your captain isn't legal.

The ADC requires a Terminator Captain, rather than a Captain with terminator armour - ie. the new, specific datasheet that comes with AB or the Red Thirst codex, the one with the mandatory Thunder hammer.

-You're paying too much for your fragiosos. Replace the storm bolter with the frag cannon so that the heavy flamer swap is free on the Melta arm.

-The vanguard have a couple stormshields per unit, but there aren't any other investments in the unit to tank good ap shots for, such as a special weapon. That leaves the shields as questionable choices.

-The ultimate jump DC load out is 4 dudes and a fist guy for 140. Many of the competitive (read: broken) monstrous creatures don't care about a couple dozen s5 ap - swings.
