Giving the Hate bonus and the items Crimson Slaughter is simply the best options. The 3 QG are with the Spawns. The List is very resistent, everything you can shoot at are Obli, Spawns or cheap Cultist and everything hurts in CC. With the divination i can do awesome combos with the unit of 3 obli and warpsmith, the other 2 units will DS. The list is also really mobile 3 Beasts, 2 DS and the flanking Cultist. The only problem is just that the QGs are soo damn expensive. How can I improve the list?

Edit: i swap 2 cultist with meltabombs for the sorcerers so the hunt for vehicles while the lord kills the most important units

Your Cult of Destruction is missing a Warpsmith - a Cult of Destruction is 3-5 units of Obliterators or Multilators AND 1 Warpsmith. Until this problem is fixed, the list is illegal.

2 T5 Spawn will not be enough to hide your Lord, and since you will be rolling on Divination, you won't have the WC to really cast more than 1 or 2 spells reliably a turn (you only have 6+d6 dice, and most good Divination spells cost 2.)

Cultists with Autoguns are not really effective. Cutting those 20pts gives you almost another spawn, which you sorely need.

Yeah sry my mistake in writing, I cut the warpsmith and forgot to paste it below (I mentioned it in the description anyways so it was obvious it was there). For the divination matter you forget that i can reroll failed psychic dices, so 4 dices are more than needed. The 2 cultist with autoguns are strange I know, but is just to get more flexibility and protection (with a serious CaC unit they die like flies, at least shooting they can remain in cover) and if they return flanking they can shoot with rapid fire.
For the warlord protection you right (so i dunno who declare general, maybe the Apostle?) I was thinking in adding the Daemonheart so i can save every non ap2 shot with his armor
