Hi guys. This is something I'm considering running. Kunnin Ruk Savage Orruks Big Boss 10 Savage Orruks 10 Savage Orruks 10 Savage Orruks 30 Savage Orruks Arrerboyz Iron Fist 10 Ardboyz 10 Ardboyz 3 Gor Gruntas 3 Gor Grunts Skal Ice Hunter Dude 2 Sabres 2 Sabres 2 Sabres 2 Sabres Fast, has tools. Feels solid. This would be mostly for competitive play without me making people quit the game. For fun games I just drop battalions and maybe add random stuff. Thoughts?

From a competitive standpoint the first thing that sticks out to me is the inclusion of frostsabers. They are bad for their points. Like, really really bad. Their profile is comparable to an 'Ardboy yet the saber costs near twice as much. I would drop the Skal battalion, drop the sabers (keep the hunter), and use the points to bring a Megaboss as the general; you'll get much more mileage out of his command ability than that of the big boss and it will split your opponents target priority (right now everything they have will be gunning for that big boss). Use extra points to bulk out the units you have. I'd also consider swapping out an Ardboyz unit for Brutes; the latter is very good for killing wound 4+ models since they get hit re-rolls.

I agree on a point scale they are bad comparatively on paper. The reason I like the skal is it gives me the ability to hit crucial spot for my opponents or counter certain plays. I've updated it to make it a bit more flexible. Essentially they can hopefully pull down weapon teams from competitive skaven lists on their own. And they essentially need to roll a 6-D6 on 2D6 to make charges on the turn they pop up. I know they aren't the best choice but like I said, it is a don't make players quit kinda tournament list. Plus modeling an Orruk Hunter Nob fella with sweet attack wolves appeals to me. I thought about the brutes and also the Warboss. I do kinda want to fit him in because I like his ability. And the Brutes are a toss up for me. I want the bodies and speed the Ardboyz offer but the Brutes hit like trucks. And I don't want to skimp on the Gor Grunta's because I want them to essentially run as a pack. Some good points for sure.

The nice thing is you have savage orcs for numbers, eliminating one of the main reasons Ironjawz armies want 'Ardboyz. So you have kept your options open there.
As for the saber ambushing, I feel like them seeing success relies on the opponent making a mistake to leave vulnerable models on the edge of their force. Something else worth note is that this is the best place to trim models so you can get more heroes in; right now you basically have just one source for rampaging destroyers. Speaking of, that destruction allegiance trait means your hunter gets to show up and then move 1d6" after which he can shoot and charge normally, the former guaranteed to be in range assuming you dropped 9" away. I'd honestly recommend two hunters over sabertusks.
At any rate, the battalions are giving you an extra artifact each that isn't being utilized much -- the current list gives you four artifacts total yet only two heroes! As for scaling things for competitive/casual I'd recommend making a really good list and then having ways to scale it down than having a somewhat-competitive list that may have to go in either direction. Literally just dropping the Kunnin' Rukk and Ironfist will make the army solid but not overpowering even for casual play, whereas if you go to a not-quite-cheesetastic tournament you could use just one of them.
I totally get the desire to have a cool conversion and the Ork hunter with war war wolves sounds like a nice idea. A good compromise between this and having a competitive list would be to convert the hunter throwing the wolves across the battlefield as ammunition; representing his shooting attacks! Or put them on the base to represent his breath weapon, if you're lame like that.

Lol, I was just toying with a second hunter.
So characters get the bonus for movement to too for the allegiance ability? That's a bonus I hadn't considered.
If I don't use the sabres I was considering dripping them and the formation of a second hunter and a megaboss. It just feels like less options.
