The terminators are bad, but I'm assuming that you are trying for an early assault with the traitors hate powers?

The murder sword isn't great, ditching it for the tried and true fist/claw gives you something that isn't quite so situational. Also allows you to pick up the burning brand, which would go well on a model with that level of mobility. Having a lord in a fluffy thousand sons list might require some explanation however.

The prince is a dead man/daemon/thing without psyched levels (and also incredibly unfluffy to have a TSons prince who's not a psycher). Spot on with the mace and wings though, but even then he's a fairly easy target and a huge point sink.

I don't know if you have played with thousand sons before, but 5 marines in a rhino aren't going to be a) effective or b ) lasting more than a volley or two. You're going to rapidly learn that your mortal enemy is small arms fire. I can't count the number of times that my guys have shrugged off battlecannon shells only to fall over en mass to bolter fire.

Consider what you want your sorcerer to roll on too before you commit to a sword. You are squishy in combat, but a 2+/4++ does give you a reasonable chance to swing last with an axe. If you are considering biomancy, I would suggest a staff, since you get to utilise the ap2 of smash at normal initiative and the bonus str is quite handy compared to the sword. The same with sanctic since hammerhand and a staff makes you str 8, often you don't even need force, you can just double things out. If you are going for the electrodisplacement clone (soulswitch?), just remember that you have to waste a roll on the tzeentch table, so relying on just 2 rolls to get what you need isn't a winning proposition.

The obliterators are your only real ranged threat and 4 oblits just isn't enough ranged power on their own in 1850. That reminds me, might as well split them up into single models to make your opponent overkill 1 model, making it harder to wipe out all your long range support at once. You've got the open slots to spare and all you lose is 2 extra kill points when you play purge, but that's made up for by MSU as well as not having to watch them run as soon as a single model is killed.

Overall, too many small units of very expensive models, and not enough anti vehicle or anti MC (which isn't surprising as this is traditionally something that thousand sons lists struggle greatly with anyway).

Why not combine both CADs, drop the mark of tzeentch on the sorcerer, then drop the obliterators and maybe use the points if you have enough to give the daemon rinse mastery level 3 and a spell familiar?

Many people ignore that rule. Just ask your opponents-though don't expect to take it to a tournament.
