I've been tru several tutorials and all of them require a feth load of washes and paints that I do not currently have. It is not the money but the lack of free time to visit a hobby shop and grab em' .

So I have, starting from darker to lighter tones:
Random Lifecolor Brown
Bugmans Glow
Rakarath Flesh
Kieslev Flesh
Tmiya Flea Flesh
White

Nuln Oil/Agrax.

Can someone help me out if it is possible to improvise here.

Definitely possible.

Depends on your skill and the result but personally with those paints I'd just go with Bugman's Glow base coat then progressive highlights of Bugmans/Kislev mix

Yup. Absolutely possible, get improvising.
If you have a white, black, blue and red you should be able to do top end faces with that list.
Get mixing!

All you need is a flesh tone, and preferably a brown wash.

Basecoat, wash, pick out highpoints (nose, cheekbones, jawline, etc.) with your base color again. If you have a lighter shade of flesh, that would probably work a bit better.

Then the eyes, but that’s another story.

This will give you a perfectly serviceable table-top level face.

If you want more then that, you can either blend your own paints, or break down and buy more.

Yep. One good colour with a wash works fine. Add a single highlight, even better. Don't over think it.

Outer Space, Apparently

I've done a more pale/tan face on a White Scar Marine squad using just Rakarth Flesh, Agrax Earthsade, Kislev Flesh and Pallid Wych Flesh. You could probably use that Tamiya Flea Flesh as the highlight instead, considering you don't have Pallid Wych Flesh, or do a very fine highlight with the white

The eyes you can just paint black, then paint two spots of white on either side of the eye. You certainly have enough paints to make a good face.

Thank you very much guys! I am really overthinking it. I just applied the base color and later on apply wash and try to highlight. Then we will see what happens!

yep that's all it is, and don't forget you can thin any paint down into a wash. You want it to be like how light hits the face, lighter on raised parks and darker in recesses to give depth. just be patient and use a steady hand and its totally doable.

Here's some examples of some skin I painted a while back with just 2 paints and possibly a white.
Bleached Bone and Dark Flesh.
It just takes some careful mixing, blending, practice and patience.
