Spain seems like it's become a real hotbed for ranked fantasy stuff these days. Though they don't seem to have a presence at Dakka yet.

Norba has done a great job of filling gaps left by GW discontinuing some of their fantasy ranges, as well as providing some cost effective alternatives to otherwise prohibitively expensive models. Affiliated with T9A, but the models also have their place in for example AoS, WHFB, KoW armies
