Yes but in a standard deployment an opponent that wants to close the gap can certainly start a lot closer than corner to corner.

Zoanthropes are psykers right? No codex on hand so...I would say a lord on catacomb command barge. Around 150ish

7 Genestealers - fast enough to close the gap without getting shot to pieces, unlikely to break and run, and numerous enough to take a few hits. The spod might cause some issues though!
