Hi people. So I have a question : did you ever hated a large group of people (the reason and the identity of the group doesn't matter) ? If yes, how did you get over it ? And did it ever came back ? And if yes, how to make sure it doesn't come back ?

I let the hate flow through me, and I killed them. I killed them all. Every single one of them. And not just the men, the women and children, too. I slaughtered them all.

It was cleansing, and it never came back.

I havn't, but if you do, I guess the first thing to ask is how this hate came about. Did it happen because you were raised to hate this group, something happen to you or someone close to you due to people from this group, or did you read some propoganda and start buying in?
If you can identify the root of those feelings, you can begin dealing with them.

you might want to start with a professional therapist, they can help with the specifics.

When you hate a large group you're really just giving them a free ride to dictate how you feel. you could be having the greatest day ever, than that group does something to push your button and then you're just feeling miserable or full of anger again. You just let them ruin your great day.

like all problems, it all starts with admitting you have one, so it seems your off to a good start. Once you've admitted it to yourself you can be more aware of it's influence over you.

the best way to get past the hate is to learn about the other group.
